DUI checkpoint on SR 441 on Friday, April 10, 2015

The Broward Sheriff’s Office DUI Task Force will be conducting a DUI checkpoint on Friday, April 10th from 9 p.m. to Saturday at 1 a.m. at the 3900 block of N. State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes. They will be actively enforcing DUI laws and identifying impaired drivers. So don’t drink and drive.

If you are arrested for a Fort Lauderdale DUI, the officer will most likely confiscated your driver’s license. You have just ten days from that date to do two things: request a hearing with the DMV to determine whether you get to get your license back, and obtain a temporary hardship license until that determination is made by DMV.
