Police say water balloons equals deadly missile


Police in Port St. Lucie charged a man with throwing a deadly missile, a second degree felony, after he threw a water balloon at a car's windshield. The impact cracked the windshield. The maximum penalty for a second degree felony is 15 years in Florida State prison. And in related news, police will begin cracking down on people who whack animal shaped pinatas stating animal cruelty in any form will not be tolerated
