And if they believe you've committed a crime, EVERYTHING you say will be used against you. Taking the matter a bit further, Regent University School of Law Professor James Duane explains why people shouldn't speak with the police or other investigative agencies without consulting an attorney. The video is about thirty minutes, but well worth it. Following Professor Duane's presentation is that of a police officer who is also a law student. He confirms Professor Duane's comments and gives an interesting look into police interrogation.
